PLEASE NOTE THAT LOCAL CUSTOMS AND VAT WILL BE CHARGED WHEN SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE EU.
Returns and Exchanges
Please inspect your purchase immediately upon delivery. If there is a problem with your order, contact Nuura Customer Service team at +45 5373 8460 or email@example.com within three (3) days of receipt. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, we will work with you to make things right.
If you wish to return an item we provide 14 days of cancellation, valid from the day you receive the item. Please use the Nuura return form which you can download here. Please note that you will be responsible for outbound and return shipping and delivery charges. If living in Europe we recommend that you use the preprinted return label. Returns must be received in original condition within 30 days. Credit card orders will receive refunds in the form of a credit back to the original account. Payment will be returned upon receipt of the item. This will usually take 2-3 working days.
Please be aware that lighting is susceptible to damage during transit. We take great care to pack shipments so that they will arrive safely, so be sure to retain the original packing materials, original receipt and all merchandise tags for any item that you wish to return to us. You may have to provide supplementary packing materials if the outer carton has been worn during the original trip out to you.
Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not accept any returns or exchanges on custom or special ordered items.
Returns are accepted only at Nuura warehouse; they are not accepted at Nuura Showroom or our company headquarter. For help with the return process, please contact Customer Service at +45 5373 8460 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from nuura.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Any defects in items supplied by nuura.com must be invoked within 24 months after you have discovered the error. It is your duty to specify and, upon request, show how the error or defect is expressed. If you discover an error, please contact Customer Service at +45 5373 8460 or email@example.com. You can only complain about errors that appear within two (2) years after the item has been delivered.
In-stock items normally ship within 48 hours after an order has been placed. If you order by credit card, your card will be charged as each item is shipped. We will accept cancellation of your order for items that have not shipped or that are on backorder. Once an item has shipped, cancellation is not possible. Custom and special ordered items cannot be cancelled.
Purchase orders can be concluded in Danish or English and are kept by us for five (5) years, in accordance with the Accounting Act.
We do not issue discount codes.
We do not issue gift certificates.
Price and Payment
You can pay with VISA and Mastercards. All prices at nuura.com are incl. VAT. Each time you purchase a product we will email a confirmation, after which your purchase will be packed and shipped. Special order items will be sent as soon as possible after we receive them in stock. The payment will be withdrawn immediately after shipping for in-stock items and when receiving a custom or special made order. The expected delivery time will be shown on the product page.
We process your data according to the EU's new Personal Data Regulation, GDPR, implemented on May 25, 2018.
